Business Coaching

The work that finally
moves the
ceiling.

For founders who have tried the tactics, built the team, and still feel stuck. This is coaching at the intersection of who you are and what you're building — because the inner work and the structural work are the same work.

The tactics work. The systems work. But sometimes you are what's in the way — and no amount of operational clarity fixes a founder who isn't ready to receive it. That's what this is for.

Why this matters

You can have the best strategy
and still be stuck in place.

The fractional COO work builds the structure. This advisory work makes sure you can actually step into it. Most founders stall not because the plan is wrong — but because old habits, old beliefs, and old ways of operating quietly block every new move they try to make.

When the mindset work is missing

  • New systems get built but old habits override them within weeks
  • You keep circling the same decisions without being able to move forward
  • The team feels your uncertainty and mirrors it back in their execution
  • Growth feels threatening instead of exciting — so you unconsciously slow it down
  • You know what needs to change but can't get yourself to do it

When you do this work first

  • Clarity on what has actually been blocking you — and the path through it
  • The ability to receive and act on operational change instead of resisting it
  • Decisions that come from intention, not fear or old conditioning
  • A version of yourself that your next level of business can actually work with
  • The systems hold — because the person leading them has shifted too
What we work on

1:1 advisory sessions.
Direct. Honest. Actionable.

This isn't therapy and it isn't cheerleading. It's a structured, honest thinking partnership that helps you get your mind right, break the habits holding you back, and step fully into the growth you're working toward.

01

Breaking the Stuck Patterns

The habits, beliefs, and ways of operating that made sense in your early business — and are now quietly blocking every next move. We name them clearly, examine where they came from, and replace them with something that actually serves the version of your business you're trying to build.

Decision Clarity & Direction

When you're stuck in a loop — circling the same decision, the same conversation, the same problem — this is where we cut through it. You leave each session with a clear perspective and a defined next move, not more things to think about.

Readiness for the Operational Work

The fractional COO work builds the structure. This work makes sure you can receive it. When the founder shifts, the systems hold. When the founder doesn't, even the best operational plan gets quietly undermined by the same old patterns.

Who this is for

You are brilliant, driven, and deeply committed to building something that matters.

And you keep hitting the same wall.

Not because you aren't capable — but because the version of you that built this is not the same version your next level requires.

  • You've outgrown the tactics and need someone to help you see what you can't see from inside your own business
  • You feel the gap between the business you're running and the one you set out to build — and you're ready to close it
  • You are open to the idea that the operational problems and the personal ones are connected
  • You want a thinking partner who brings both depth of presence and depth of operational experience to the work
  • You are a 6- or 7-figure founder who is done circling the ceiling and ready to build through it
The business you want to build already exists. What it needs is a founder who has grown into it.

Most coaching stops at mindset. Most operations work stops at systems. This is the work that lives in the space between — where the internal shift and the structural change happen at the same time, reinforcing each other, until the ceiling simply isn't there anymore. — Nicole Gallicchio-Elz

How it works

From first conversation
to genuine breakthrough

01

Complimentary business review

Share your website and I'll identify 2–5 specific, actionable opportunities your business is sitting on right now. No call required, no commitment, no strings. It's how I show you exactly where your growth is hiding before you decide to work together.

02

Discovery and depth session

We go deeper than strategy. Where are you stuck, really? What patterns keep showing up? What does the next version of your business require of you — and where is the gap? This conversation sets the foundation for everything that follows.

03

Integrated coaching engagement

Sessions move fluidly between the inner work and the operational work — because they are the same work approached from different angles. We examine beliefs, clarify identity, build structure, and hold you accountable to the founder your business needs you to become.

04

Structural implementation and accountability

Insights without implementation are just expensive clarity. We build what needs to be built — the systems, the team structures, the decision frameworks — and I stay in it with you until it holds.

Before we work together

A business coach works at the intersection of strategy and identity — helping founders understand not just what needs to change in their business, but what needs to change in themselves to make it possible. This includes examining the beliefs, habits, and patterns that are driving decisions, limiting leadership, and capping growth.

A consultant diagnoses problems and prescribes solutions — the work is done to the business. Coaching is done with the founder. I operate in both modes — moving between strategic insight and personal accountability depending on what the moment requires. The difference is that the results of coaching belong to you in a way that consulting advice never fully does.

The best time is before a crisis — when you have momentum and enough clarity to act on what you learn. Most founders wait until things are broken. Engaging earlier means the insights compound faster and produce results from a position of strength rather than depletion.

Yes. I'm based on Long Island and work closely with founders in the NYC metro area, but I work with distributed and remote-first founders across the country. Coaching engagements are conducted virtually — and the work is just as deep and just as practical regardless of where you are.

Founder beliefs and identity are embedded in every structural decision a business makes — from how roles are defined to how decisions are delegated to how accountability is enforced. Addressing the internal drivers of those decisions doesn't just feel better. It produces measurably different outcomes in the business. The inner work is operational work.
